Call Recording

When using FMP Telecom you are able to start recording a conversation at any time in the call. The recorded part of the conversation will then be delivered to your email for your review. This could be a very useful feature in terms of legality as well as being a great way to review past conversations.

Call Screening

You can discover who is calling before you answer. The call screening feature will ask the caller,”Who is calling?”, then you can decide whether to have the call transferred to your phone for you to answer or to send the caller to voicemail to leave a message.

Caller Announce

As part of the call screening process you are able to set up a pre-recorded message to ask the caller ‘may I ask who is calling please’. The system will then announce the callers response , allowing you to hear the name of the caller before you answer.

Dialing Out

By using your FMP Telecom account to dial out to your clients you are able to display the same number and caller ID wherever you are calling from. By using the dial out feature consistently you will be able to take advantage of the advanced call tracking and reporting features from your account to analyse both your inbound and outbound calls.

You are able to configure your FMP Telecom system to forward calls to a single number, you setup follow me to go to a designated number and change this as you go.
Setup follow Me to forward calls to a cell phone when you are away from the office or forward calls to a landline number as and when you need.

You may have some important information that you need to send to a large number of people. With the group messaging feature you can create different groups for bulk messaging. This feature allows you to send a recorded message to an individual or group of contacts. You can also forward a message you have received to another individual or group.

With our music on hold service you can choose which music or message to play depedent upon time, day or caller ID. You can also play customized music for each extension number. Return Call
